    More than 20 coaches attended a local coach development programme (LCDP) event at Costello Stadium in Hull. Workshops included youth endurance, progression from junior to senior athletes, and a throws workshop.

    26.Feb.13 Nutrition workshop of great benefit

    Martin MacDonald, consultant nutritionist who has worked with elite athletes across a number of sports as well as writing for some of the country’s leading publications, came up to Leeds to deliver a 2 hour workshop to a group of coaches on the Local Coach Development Programme and their athletes.

    There are regional Assocations for officials in England to join if they wish.  Fees are minimal and the Associations are run by volunteers to help support and develop officiating throughout the country.  Whatever your level or experience, why not support your local association and join this year?

    On 28th October the North Talent ID day began with small dusting of snow, cold air and an early start. The day was planned to help coaches and athletes understand the different ways to train and encourage them to push the boundaries of their own abilities.
