Tuesday's World Food Day saw thousands of children running all over the world as part of the Save the Children World Marathon Challenge to raise awareness of the campaign to help the millions of children going hungry in the world’s poorest countries.

17.Oct.12 West Midlands Schools race the World Marathon Challenge
It was a bright but very cold start for four schools at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham as they arrived to run a marathon each on the track. Teams of approximately 15 boys and 15 girls were taking part in the Save The Children World Marathon Challenge.
