The Armada McCain Athletics Network held a brand new event last Saturday in conjunction with the Plymouth Half Marathon’s Festival of Athletics on Plymouth Hoe Promenade. The magnificent backdrop of the Hoe foreshore was a perfect venue for a series of athletic events designed for young people from 8 to 16 years old.

She suffered with an Achilles problem during her winter preparation but has come out of it in top shape, winning the England 10k Championships and clinching victory for England in the 3000m at the McCain Loughborough International.
