The 21º Grande Prémio Internacional de Rio Maior em Marcha Atletica is part of the IAAF Race Walking Challenge. This year it gained even more relevance to athletes chasing the qualification time for the Olympic Games. Alex Wright gained the qualifying time for the IAAF World Cup.
