Andy Frost warmed up for the NatWest Island Games by attending a Flying Coach visit in Portsmouth last night. He met up with Mick Jones who was visiting City of Portsmouth A.C. to support the club coaches and their athletes with their technique at an England Athletics organized visit.

27.May.11 Isle of Wight hosts NatWest Island Games 2011
The clock is ticking for a major event in Britain this summer. The Island of Wight plays host to the Nat West Island Games from 25th June to 1st July. Athletics is a premier event in a programme of 14 sports competitions, involving 4000 participants from 25 islands around the world.

Saturday 14th May saw many of the senior coaches and young athlete group leads representing the clubs of Network Berkshire - a McCain Athletics Network - gather at TVAC for a seminar, practical demonstration and discussion on how, when and why to launch Athletics 365 across the clubs in the network.
