The Hereford and Worcester Athletics Network recently held a very successful Psychology Workshop for Network coaches and athletes, the session was delivered by Senior Lecturer of Sport Psychology at the University of Birmingham Dr Jennifer Cumming.

The final England Athletics West Midlands Sprints Coach Development Day scheduled for the 25th February 2012 has unfortunately been cancelled due to a fixture clash with the England Athletics Open under 20,17 and 15 Indoor Championships. A new date and location is provided.
