23.Feb.10 Free Endurance Officials' pilot course in Kidlington 27th March

A free Endurance Officials' course is to be held at Exeter Hall, Kidlington, Nr Oxford. Some places are still available. As this is a pilot course no fee will be charged, but when the course is launched nationwide there will be a fee to pay, so take this opportunity to gain a grading free of charge.
09.Feb.10 James Walsh achieves his fourth Midland Cross Country title

James Walsh who was born and went to school in Birmingham and served his athletics apprenticeship as a teenager with Birmingham Rowheath accomplished his fourth Midland Cross Country title in six years in freezing weather conditions at Stafford Common.
03.Feb.10 West Midlands applicants for Virgin Mini London Marathon

The Virgin Mini London Marathon will be held on Sunday 25th April 2010. The Teams to represent the West Midlands Region of England Athletics will be selected in the next few weeks.
