A total of 16 coaches were instructed in lifting techniques and general conditioning by Michaela Breeze the Olympic weightlifter at a workshop on strength and conditioning put on by the Armada McCain Athletics Network.

As a fine example of “networking”, TeamBath AC and the Avon Athletics Network co-operated to co-host the final Avon Network Masterclass of the winter which was given by British endurance legend, Bruce Tulloh.

08.Apr.10 Avon Athletics Network Relays Masterclass
9 coaches and 20 athletes, representing 6 Avon Network clubs, took part in a Masterclass at Yate, led by Roger Walters - one of the most experienced and successful Relay coaches in the country.
