The East Midlands saw 52 coaches attending a coach development event last weekend - more than ever before. It is a fantastic achievement for the Local Coach Development Programme and testament that England Athletics is now catering for local coach development needs and wants.

At the end of October jumps coach Emily Parker led a successful workshop attended by 49 coaches and athletes from Nottinghamshire clubs around developing power and speed through the use of Plyometrics.
