Self-coached athletes and coaches of varying experience were welcomed to an evening at Saffron Lane stadium to a talk led by UKA endurance coach Alasdair Donaldson, and organised by the Leicestershire Vision 2020 Athletics Network, to focus on how to plan and prepare to peak for a race.
