07.Mar.11 Coaches gain specific S&C Knowledge in outstanding venue.

The South Yorkshire McCain Athletics Network recently ran a free Strength and Conditioning workshop at the high performance gym, EIS, Sheffield.  The Network accessed the S&C suite for free, enabling coaches to develop their knowledge further from the workshop held in January.
