14.Oct.10 A great start to the Y&H endurance winter programme

The first in a series of three Yorkshire & Humber Endurance Conferences took place at York St John University attracting 30 endurance coaches, providing a great start to the endurance winter programme.
11.Oct.10 Humber Road Running Coach Development Programme

The Humber Athletics Network Road Running Group kicked off their winter coach development programme with a Strength and Conditioning workshop led by David Parker, strength and conditioning coach at Sheffield EIS and a UKA level 4 coach.
