Joanne Elphinston has worked with professional footballers, top golfers, and elite athletes from many other sports including cycling, rowing, rugby and athletics.  We are extremely lucky to be able to have Jo deliver her expertise at the conference, Jo is an extremely well respected and influencial lecturer and physiotherapist who specialises in the efficiency of movement.  Jo will be talking about the importance of correct movement patterns, conditioning and how this will impact upon athlete performance, and injury prevention.  You can find more information about Jo and her work on her website.
