Birmingham Athletics Network (BaN) Clubs – Royal Sutton Coldfield and Birchfield Harriers will be running a series of Startrack programmes this summer for children aged 8 to 14 years. 

Aviva Startrack is a superb programme that helps teachers, coaches and sports leaders to provide year-round coaching and training opportunities after school, during holiday periods and at weekends.  The scheme is UKA's flagship grassroots athletics programme, aiming to give potential young athletes real athletics experiences and help them to develop skills.  Aviva UKA Academy Ambassador and World Heptathlon Champion Jessica Ennis started her athletics career taking part in Aviva Startrack as a 10 year old!

There are four sessions in the series, each either 3 or 4 days in length, running daily 10am to 2.30pm and the cost is £30 for 3 days or £40 for 4 days

Dates:

• Royal Sutton Coldfield: Aug 6th-8th (3 days) - Wyndley Leisure Centre
• Birchfield Harriers: Aug 14th-17th (4 days) - Alexander Stadium
• Royal Sutton Coldfield: Aug 20th-22nd (3 days) - Wyndley Leisure Centre
• Birchfield Harriers:Aug 28th-31st (4 days) - Alexander Stadium
