The historic year of 2012 sees an exciting series of England Athletics outdoor championships - whether you are competing, spectating, officiating or attending as a coach be sure the important dates are in your diary!

Online entry for most of our championships are now open and of course we also welcome coaches at our events. To apply for accreditation for our indoor/outdoor events please use our Downloadable Coach accreditation form which is available here.

May 26-27th - England Athletics Senior and Under 20 Outdoor Combined Events, Bedford

_Z6B9367First up in a busy summer of action are the multi-eventers who will be looking to start proceedings with a bang! Of course Olympic year is a great reminder of the great traditions England has had in multi-events over many years. Who will be starting the year by making their mark on the domestic scene?

 

June 2-3rd  - England Athletics Closed Senior & Parallel Success Championships, Birmingham

WARD, TESNI Bedford 2011Once again the England Athletics Senior Championships will include the Parallel Success Championships which were introduced into the event for the first time in 2011.

The England Athletics championships draw on the great history of our sport, and thanks to our partnership with the AAA, many historic AAA trophies will be presented event winners. The event is a closed championships meaning that only English athletes are able to enter. And this year's busy calendar sees the Northern Athletics and Midlands Counties AA championships also incorporated into the event.

 

June 16-17th  - England Athletics Aviva Under 23 & Under 20 Championships & World Junior Championship Trials, Bedford

OKOYE, LAWRENCEThe Under 23 and Under 20 championships always provide great excitement as athletes compete to become the national champion. This year some of the top Junior athletes will be looking ahead to the World Junior Championships in Barcelona and with qualification up for grabs the competition is bound to have added spice!

 

August 4-5th  - England Athletics Under 17 & Under 15 Combined Events Championships, Stoke

U15 Combined Events 2009August is going to see the country gripped with Olympic and Paralympic fever. So it will be a fantastic time for the combined events athletes to be contesting their combined events championships.

 

August 18-19th - England Athletics Under 17 & Under 15 Championships (incorporating the England Athletics National Junior Championships for Disabled Athletes.), Bedford

Finally, the event for our younger athletes will draw the curtain on our summer of championships. This year sees the England Athletics National Junior Championships for Disabled Athletes incorporated in the Under 17 and Under 15 championships for the first time. This event sits between the Olympic and Paralympic Games with many of the young athletes looking to take their next step on the progression to future Olympic and Paralympic Games success.
