Saturday 31st March will see National High Jump Coach Mentors Graham Ravenscroft and Denis Doyle; along with mentee Mike Holmes deliver the final North West high jump workshop at Sportcity, Manchester before the track and field season hits full tilt. 

The free day will be largely practical based, with three sessions repeated throughout the day, giving coaches the opportunity to work in small groups, with their athletes and the lead coach, to develop their coaching experience in a variety of technical and physical preparation activities. There will also be an open question and answer session to deal with any issues you would like to address! Sessions will cover developing strength with medicine balls & swiss balls, developing plyometric exercise and developing the technical model.

We welcome any current, new or interested high jump coaches plus an athlete to join three very experienced coaches in a relaxed and friendly environment.
