The SW Indoor Champs will be held in conjunction with the MCAA Indoor Champs this year.  Three Open events to be held in Birmingham are also announced.

MCAA Championships part 1, incorporating the SW championships will take place on 13 February 2010 and part 2 will take place on 14 February 2010, both at the NIA. Closing Date for entries is 18 January 2010.  Events will include: 60m, 60mH, 200m, 400m (not U15G, U17W 300m), 800m, HJ, PV (not U15G), LJ, TJ (not U15), SP; see entry form for more details.

Birmingham Games will take place on 6/7 February 2010 at the NIA.  Closing Date for entries is Monday 11 January 2010.  Only senior events are run as a championship - all other events are run as an open meeting.  See entry form for more details.

There will also be 3 Open meetings; Open Meetings 1 & 3 are at the Alexander Stadium indoor Arena and Open Meeting 2 is at the NIA.

• Open meeting 1 includes events for Senior, U20, U17, U15 and U13 athletes.  Dates are Saturday 23 January 2010 (Sprints, Hurdles, Outdoor Shot and Discus) and Sunday 24 January 2010 (Jumps, Javelin and Hammer).
• Open meeting 2 is on Sunday 21 February 2010 (60m, 60mH, 200m, 300m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, HJ, LJ, PV, U15 SP), including the Midland U13 Quadrathlon Championships and Open U13 Quadrathlon Competition, and Open 3k walk.
• Open meeting 3 will be on Saturday 27 March 2010 (Sprints, Hurdles, Outdoor Shot and Discus) and Sunday 28 March 2010 (Jumps, Javelin and Hammer)
