Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of England Athletics Ltd will be held at UKA in Solihull on Saturday 12th September 2009 at 10.30am for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. To receive from the directors a report of the activities of the
Company to the year end.
2. To receive from the directors a full statement of account.
3. To announce the appointment of the Chair, the directors and the
England Council Members.
4. To appoint the Company’s auditors.
5. To consider any special business (any specific resolutions would be
posted on the England Athletics website in the About Us > Structure
and Governance section at least 21 days before the meeting).

Unfortunately due to venue restriction, attendance will be limited to two members per club, unless arrangements are made before the event.  It would further help us, in regards to catering etc, if you could confirm your attendance by email to info@englandathletics.org
