After the success of the October session (click here to read all about it) the second East Midland Coach Development Day will be on Sunday 18th November, from 10am to 3pm at Loughborough University. The sessions are tailored specifically with coaches' development in mind and they are a brilliant opportunity to improve coaching skills, knowledge and meet other like-minded coaches.

The Regional Coach Development Days will include a ‘Hot Topic’ in the morning on ‘Fuelling the Performing Athlete’ followed by lunch (provided) and then coaches will split into their event groups.  A team of highly respected Lead Coaches including National Coach Mentors and NCDP Mentees will deliver the event specific sessions which will include; High Jump, Long &Triple Jump, Heavy Throws, Middle Distance and 5k upwards, and Sprints.
