A free informal workshop on how to design a throwing frame for seated throwers will be held at Lee Valley Athletics Centre on Saturday 20th October from 1 to 4pm.  The workshop will provide an understanding of the IPC Athletics rules around frame design and will give athletes and coaches the opportunity to discuss the functional requirements for individual frame design.

Promoted by England Athletics and Remap (a charitable organisation helping disabled people achieve independence through the manufacture of bespoke equipment), this free workshop is for coaches and seated throwers wanting assistance on designing a throwing frame that suits their individual function.

Athletes will need to come with their coaches, bring their current throwing frame/chair and be prepared to throw. There will be a £2.60 entrance fee into the centre for athletes.
