On Sunday 14th October National High Jump Coach Mentor Denis Doyle and former National Coach Mike Holmes deliver the first of the winter’s North West high jump workshops at Sportcity, Manchester. 

The day will be largely practical based, with sessions repeated throughout the day, giving coaches the opportunity to work in small groups, with their athletes and lead coach, to develop their coaching experience in a variety of technical and physical preparation activities. There will also be an open question and answer session to deal with any questions you would like to address!

Sessions will include the development of the technical model, physical development from an injury prevention & stability perspective and effective feedback.

The day is open to any current, new or interested high jump coaches to join two very experienced coaches in a relaxed and friendly environment. Coaches are invited to bring an athlete with them to participate in the day.

Cost: FREE of charge - please bring your own lunch and refreshments
