20.Apr.12 Bingley Harriers – Try Athletics Day

Bingley Harriers held their first outdoor training session at Beckfoot School following on from the indoor winter sessions. The training was advertised as the England Athletics ‘Try Athletics Day’ and the club welcomed some new attendees wanting to try athletics.
13.Apr.12 Doncaster AC coaches recruited onto NCDP

Doncaster AC Coaches; Bruce Bewley and Les Grant have recently been recruited onto the National Coach Development Programme for Combined events (Bruce) and youth development (Les).
11.Apr.12 Highly praised Flying Coach sessions for Coaches

The North Yorkshire Athletics Network held a pole vault and hurdles Flying Coach Day at the local indoor athletics and bowls centre - allowing the sessions to take place regardless of the weather. Dr Neuff and John Baron led the sessions.
06.Apr.12 North Yorkshire Athletics Network welcomes 3 Mentors

The North Yorkshire Athletics Network is pleased to announce new mentors within the network. As part of the year 2 plan, the network has looked to source local coaches to mentor other coaches across the county, to support their aim of developing an athletics infrastructure in North Yorkshire.
