Calderdale Athletics Network is hosting an Introduction to Plyometrics Workshop. A Practical session which will give Athletes and Coaches an insight into a valuable training tool.
15.Feb.10 Level 2 Endurance Officials Pilot Course (new date)

This course will now take place on Sunday 14 March at the Northern Athletics office in Dewsbury between 12.00pm and 3.00pm. As this is a pilot course no fee will be charged. When the course is launched nationwide there will be a fee to pay, so take this opportunity to gain a grading free of charge.
