31.Mar.11 Y&H Coach Development Day

The last in the series of Y&H Speed, Jumps and Throws Coach Development Day took place in Sheffield in attracting 20 coaches. The majority of the coaches involved were Level 2, with some level 3 coaches.
30.Mar.11 Leeds International Competition in Germany

Leeds City AC and Rothwell Harriers who are part of the Leeds McCain Athletics Network took a group of 33 athlete and 10 team managers over to Dortmund, Germany to compete in a annual international competition.
18.Mar.11 Final winter session for Y&H coaches coming soon

The final coach development session of the winter will take place at the EIS and will involve coaches undertaking workshops around the Dynamic Athlete and Psychology in the morning, followed by practical demonstrations on Maximum Velocity and Sprints starts in the afternoon.
16.Mar.11 Humber McCain Athletics Network Launch

A group of Athletics clubs came together at the end of last month to launch a Network named Humber McCain Athletics Network.
10.Mar.11 Nutrition Workshop for South Yorkshire Coaches

On Tuesday 1st March the South Yorkshire McCain Athletics Network ran a free Nutrition workshop at Keepmoat Stadium, Doncaster. This was the 4th Youth Development Workshop to be ran by the network.
09.Mar.11 Cleethorpes AC encouraging new runners

Cleethorpes AC are working hard to encourage new runners to the club, and as a club is trying to help all ages, all abilities, and working with a small number of disabled athletes.
