The Yorkshire and Humberside Regional Endurance Local Coach Development Programme (LCDP) will be including a workshop that will focus on “Coaching the female Athlete”.

SportsShare and Airedale Athletics, together with the Bradford Athletics Network have developed a top season of training sessions. Some of the best coaches in the North of England will help participants take their running to the next level.
02.Dec.11 Successful Yorkshire & Humber LCDP Speed/Hurdles Event

20 coaches from across Yorkshire & the Humber attended the LCDP event for speed and Hurdles on Sunday 27th Nov at Sheffield EIS. Coaches on the National Coach Development Programme led the sessions which aimed to help coaches get the best out of their athletes.
