20.Sep.10 S Yorkshire Network will run Youth Development Coaches Workshops
The South Yorkshire Network have organised a series of Coach Development Workshops specifically targeted at coaches of junior athletes. Workshops include Fundamentals of Movements, strength and conditioning, nutrition, psychology and combined events with a focus on Sportshall, QuadKids and Athletics 365.

09.Sep.10 South Yorkshire Athletics Network's new gantry supports local events
South Yorkshire Athletics Network received a grant from England Athletics North's Innovation Fund to purchase a gantry. It's already been used at a number of local events including the Rotherham Sport Relief Mile and the Rotherham Hospice Run4Fun.

Michael Del Monte, a 24-year-old postgraduate from the University of Toronto flew into the UK on 1 September to spend four months working and training in and around Bradford.
