    DASH Athletics Club have completed a three day Sportshall Athletics event, in partnership with Bramhall High School - one of the local schools within the Club's catchment area - and involving every pupil in the school.

    Last week saw the first ever Greater Manchester Networks QuadKids competition for the M60 Athletics Network & Manchester Athletics Network; a combination of clubs from both networks came together and over 170 athletes competed with the day seeing some exciting results.

    The National Sports Centre played host to the Inter-Schools Aviva Sportshall Primary Athletics Festival where more than 350 children from primary schools around the Isle of Man came together to compete in this spectacular event.

    This week 16 year old Miles Platting resident Clovis Asong wore a GB vest at the European Youth Olympic festival in Trabzon, Turkey.  The Our Lady’s Sports College student is a member of Sale Harriers and coached by Keith Hunter at the Regional Athletics Arena, Eastlands.
