In a roller coaster weekend of contrasting emotions, local Triple Jump star Gemma Smith produced the best two performances of her athletics career to date, winning the gold medal at the British Schools International match at Bedford before winning two events for her club Cannock and Stafford in the last ever fixture at Cannock Stadium on Sunday.
