The second season of the BCAN Sportshall League saw the ever growing U11 and U13 participants' contest a keenly fought competition with athletes acquitting themselves extremely well and really enjoying the experience.

The second session of the West Midlands Local Coach Development Programme is to take place on 26th November at the Alexander Stadium for Speed, Jumps and Throws led by National Coach Development Programme Coaches and a UKA Apprentice Coach.

The final Road Traffic Management course to be held in the Midlands this year will take place on 20th November. There are still a few places left on this subsidised course.
07.Nov.11 Adam Cotton wins prestigious national award

Adam Cotton has been chosen by the British Athletics Writers' Association as the winner of the Jim Coote Junior Men's Award in recognition of his achievement at the end of July in becoming the first Briton in 32 years to win the European U20 1500 metres title.
