13.Jan.12 Maidstone Harriers learn the Marathon method
Around 30 coaches and runners from Maidstone Harriers kicked off 2012 by attending a talk entitled" Making transition from 10k to Marathon". The evening event was organised by the Kent Athletics Network and led by Janice Moorekite and Neil Clark.
