28.Feb.11 Calderdale network to host event development days
Calderdale Athletics Network are hosting a number of event development days in March. This includes a Planning for Juniors workshop and an Endurance festival weekend with are free places available for interested coaches to observe and participate in England 14 -16 Fell & Mountain development squad and West Yorkshire Endurance squad training.

On Monday 31st January Ilkley Harriers were host to a Bradford McCain Athletics Network scUK course 'An Introduction to the FUNdamentals of Movement'
at the Ilkley Lawn Tennis & Squash Club. -

To continue with enhancing coaching provision, The South Yorkshire McCain Athletics network are proudly supporting the South Yorkshire Steps to Inclusion Inspire mark Disability Awareness programme.

04.Feb.11 North Yorkshire field first U11 Sportshall Team - with great success
North Yorkshire entered an Under 11 team in the Yorkshire Sportshall event for the first time. Most athletes came from City of York or Harrogate Harriers, who are part of the North Yorkshire McCain Athletics Network.

01.Feb.11 Fantastic North Yorkshire Schools XC Championships
North Yorkshire Schools, part of the North Yorkshire McCain Athletics Network held their Cross Country Championships at Catterick, and enjoyed very good conditions with the course having recovered well from the snow and rain of previous weeks / months!
