28.Sep.09 Completed Official's Record of Experience form due 30th September

Officials - your completed Official's Record of Experience form (also known as the Duty Sheet) is due in 30th September.  Level 1 and 2 officials should send to their County Officials' Secretary, and Level 3 and above to their regional representative.
