England Athletics is pleased to announce the funding of a new McCain Athletics Network in South West London. And in a move designed to support the future of distance running in England the London Marathon and England Athletics have announced additional funding to support work focussed around St Mary’s University College.

The The Suffolk Essex McCain Athletics Network recently ran two days to support its atheltes, coaches and volunteers. This included a development day for coaches and athletes and a workshop for volunteers.

28.Apr.10 Avon Athletics Network /Weston super Mare Junior AC visit to Bath University
In common with many clubs in the country, flourishing Weston-super-Mare Junior AC do not have a specific athletics facility as their home base. The Avon Athletics Network was very pleased to help organise and support their idea of moving their normal Saturday morning training session to the first class facility at the University of Bath.
