    The next generation of disabled athletes were put through their paces in five sports at a talent-spotting day in Leeds.  58 pupils from schools across West Yorkshire gathered for the third County Athlete Assessment Day at John Charles Centre for Sport.

    11.May.11 Bexley Athletic Club is awarded Clubmark

    Bexley AC recently announced proudly that they have been awarded Clubmark accreditation by England Athletics.  During the last couple of years they have seen a considerable growth in their junior section, particularly the 7-11 year old “Bexley Tigers”.

    Herne Hill Harriers Club LogoThe Herne Hill Harriers won both their opening fixtures in the Southern Men’s League (division 2) and the National Young Athletes League last weekend to record a perfect start to the track and field season. This follows on from the victory in the opening fixture of the Southern Women’s League (senior division 1) match last month.
