Brunel University will be hosting a Coach and Athlete Talent Introduction Day on 8th May for clubs and coaches interested in developing their knowledge of coaching athletes with a learning disability, and for athletes with a learning disability identified through the national Playground to Podium framework.

Deaf athletes are advised that, as for the UKA (Hearing) Trials, all athletes need to take part in a Trial event if they want to represent their country at the 2012 World Championships in Toronto. UK trials for the Europeans which is the Trial for the Worlds takes place in April.
