There were no fewer than four Championship Bests set on the second day of action at the England Athletics Under 17 and Under 15 Championships in Bedford, bringing the total number of CBPs to eight for the weekend.

Two 1500m steeplechase development races will be held on 3rd September 2011 as part of the Julie Rose Track and Field Games 2011.

A Planning and Periodisation Workshop (with Sports Coach UK) will be held in Manchester on 4th September. The workshop is designed to equip coaches with the techniques to help their athletes reach peak performance.
