The Berkshire cross country team delivered the Counties best ever results when competing at this season's McCain UK Inter Counties Cross Country Championships, held at Cofton Park on Saturday 10th March.
13.Mar.12 Bumper weekend for coaches in Sussex

A host of activities for coaches and athletes took place in central Sussex on Sunday. Blessed with temperatures of 16 degrees made staying out in the sunshine longer than planned too easy, nevertheless the coaches enjoyed an afternoon of coaching activities.

The South East Regional Disability Sports Events (DSE) Athletics Championships is an annual event held at K2 Crawley. The tournament is designed to give as many young disabled athletes the chance to experience sport, increase their self esteem and provide opportunity for development and progression.
