Hertfordshire County McCain Athletics Network held successful Coaches' and Athletes' Development Squad workshops recently at Lee Valley Athletics Centre. The Herts Network chairman Malcolm Wallace welcomed 66 coaches and helpers and over 90 athletes before they attended up to 3 workshops.

The England Athletics SW Region Inter Counties Road Running Championships were held last weekend. On a tough course there was a clean sweep for Devon, on home territory, winning both the men's and ladies' team events.
