It might still be the middle of winter but it's never too early to think ahead on how to make the most of your summer season of endurance running! As part of the Area and Local Coach Development Programme, experienced coaches will share their ideas in Barnet.

Volunteers and guests braved the cold on Tuesday night to attend the event at the Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn Garden City. Chris Jones, Head of Strategy and Marketing, and Bob Thompson, Chair of the East Regional Council made the presentations.

Lee Valley are hosting an Indoor Minithon for Boys and Girls in School Years 3 to 7. Athletes can choose any three events applicable to their age group.
