21.Dec.12 Introduction to seated and ambulant throws workshop
This introductory workshop will give coaches an understanding of the classifications relevant to ambulant and seated throws and the relevant basic technical model for each. It will also outline the sport specific rules and give coaches an understanding of the basic design features of throwing frames.

England Athletics National Services to Athletics Award recipient Keith May was once again receiving honours, this time winning the prestigious Torch Trophy Trust 50th Anniversary Award at a star-studded event in London organised by the Sport and Recreation Alliance with guest of honour, HRH the Duke of Kent.
