    Hundreds of youngsters from schools in the Sheffield area have caught the athletics bug after a Pop Up Arena was used for a week-long Great Athletics Experience event at Newfield Secondary School, Norton Lees.

    The past quarter has been a busy one for Nottinghamshire Athletics Network (NAN).  The network has expanded and has run training, events and seminars for coaches, athletes, officials and volunteers with a varied programme planned for the next few months.

    15.Jun.12 Athletics for all from the Lincs Athletic Network

    Over 150 people took part in athletics event over the Jubilee weekend thanks to free sessions at the Bourne Festival.  Lincolnshire Athletics Network offered adults and children the chance to take part in standing long jump, standing triple jump, speed trap, Hurdles and javelin on the Saturday.
