The Road Running Seminar due to be held on Wednesday 1 December from 6.30pm – 9pm at Durham County Cricket Ground, Chester-le-Street, has been cancelled due to weather conditions.We will reschedule it and annoucne a new date in due course.

29.Nov.10 Beginners group brings in new members for Running Club
St Austell Running Club initiated the new group as an extension of the main club and the group has grown from a healthy 25 at the first session to now seeing 45-50 people attending each week. Other group members have become active club members.

Road running coaches from the Humberside area have benefitted from boosting their Strength and Conditioning coaching skills through a session with English Institute of Sport practitioner David Parker. And they are now putting their skills into action with their training groups.

Athletics clubs utilising the Athletics 365 syllabus are now able to buy a bag of equipment designed to provide many of the tools needed when delivering Athletics 365. Clubs are also able to use a discount code to achieve 10% discount off the normal list price.

25.Nov.10 Coaches from Yorks and Humberside enjoy event at Leeds Met Carnegie
The 20th November saw 40 coaches from across the Yorkshire and Humberside regions descend on Leeds Met Carnegie for the second in a series of coach development workshops aimed at upskilling endurance coaches across the region on injury prevention and strength and conditioning.
