    A series of Learn to Run workshops will be taking place across England over the next few months.  There will be practical and theory workshops for both coaches and leg amputees.

    The North West Regional Awards took place on 9th October at Westhoughton Cricket Club, Bolton with 50 volunteers and guests in attendance.  Presentations were made John Crotty, Craig Blain and Lucy Archer; the evening was a celebration of success and dedication to the sport.

    Calling all endurance coaches – this year we will be holding three Endurance specific workshops for local coaches in Lancashire. The first one of these workshops is looking at Planning & Periodisation, and we are really pleased to welcome National Coach Mentor Dave Sunderland to lead it.
