The meeting will include graded 100m, 400m, 800m and 3000m races plus High Jump, Long Jump (U-11s only), Shot and Discus. All events are open to all age groups (except U-11s whose own events are listed in the attachment) and are subject to UKA rules as indicated.

07.Sep.10 Commonwealth Games England Athletics Team to receive introduction to India
With under a month until their Commonwealth Games campaign begins, the England Athletics team will be treated to an introduction to India, at The BAPS Swaminarayan Hindu Mandir (popularly known as the ‘Neasden Temple’) in Neasden, London on 11 September 2010, to ready themselves for the multi-sport games.
