    The IAU World 50km Trophy Final was held in Galway in Ireland on 29/8/10.  England sent a comptent team who ran to their potential and fulfilled their goals.

    27.Aug.10 Newham take title at Lee Valley

    Newham and Essex Beagles secured this year’s British Athletics League title with an impressive performance at Lee Valley Athletics Centre as many of the countries top athletes turned on the style in their club colours.
