The national QuadKids athletics concept took on an international flavour as Berkshire’s finest sporting ambassadors from Park House School travelled 6,000 miles to their twinned South African Sithengile High School in Durban and provided a QuadKids event for over 300 school children.

Entries are now open for the England Athletics senior outdoor championships. The event in Gateshead on 17-18 July will serve as part of the selection process for the 2010 Commonwealth Games but will also provide athletes with a valuable opportunity to compete at national level.
