The South West region are hosting their first traffic management course for Road Running and XC officials on 26th November in Exeter. The course is being heavily subsidised by England Athletics to assist Road Running organisers with the implementation of Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders.

Jo Zakrewski (Dumfries Running Club) took a superb individual silver medal at the IAU World 100km championships held in the Netherlands on Saturday, with Team GB gaining the European Bronze medals.
