East Region held a Local Coach Development Programme Sprints Workshop in Kings Lynn recently with 11 coaches attending from across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

23.Apr.10 Renowned 400m coach Mike Smith works with Local Coaches
Renowned 400m coach Mike Smith led a coach development session for England Athletics Local Coach development Programme at Sutton Arena recently. 15 coaches from South London and beyond attended the session that also included a practical demonstration of some of the technical drills and skills that Mike includes for all of his athletes.

23.Apr.10 Olympic weightlifter leads lifting techniques workshop
A total of 16 coaches were instructed in lifting techniques and general conditioning by Michaela Breeze the Olympic weightlifter at a workshop on strength and conditioning put on by the Armada McCain Athletics Network.
