The next generation of disabled athletes were put through their paces in five sports at a talent-spotting day in Leeds. 58 pupils from schools across West Yorkshire gathered for the third County Athlete Assessment Day at John Charles Centre for Sport.

21 athletes and 6 coaches from across the South area attended a Coach and Athlete Talent Introduction Day for athletes with a learning disability at Brunel University recently.

Three young volunteers from Surrey Heath have taken their experiences of volunteering in Sport to organise and run their own fundraising event for comic relief, and plan on helping organise the Surrey Youth Games, Playground to Podium and Race For Life.
