Eleven coaches from across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Middlesex attended a Biomechanics session where chartered Physiotherapist Rosalind Shuttleworth delivered a dynamic mixture of theoretical information and practical exercises.

Brunel University will be hosting a Coach and Athlete Talent Introduction Day on 8th May for clubs and coaches interested in developing their knowledge of coaching athletes with a learning disability, and for athletes with a learning disability identified through the national Playground to Podium framework.

10.Mar.11 Mike Leonard workshop a very useful session
10 sprints coaches from across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire recently gathered in King’s Lynn for a coaching workshop to improve their knowledge. The session was led by Mike Leonard, who has coached many junior and senior internationals including Craig Pickering, and is part of the successful coaching setup at Marshall Milton Keynes AC.
